For Christmas Hermano made a donation in my name to charity: water!
Access to clean water is so important and such a relevant issue! In India met girls who weren’t going to school because they spent their day walking to wells to get water for their families. I met women who gracefully pumped water (not easy) from a well that they walked 4 km to get to. Each of the containers in the picture below holds 10 liters of water! Think about how much energy it takes you to turn on a faucet and instantly get limitless clean drinking water.
100% of the money donated to charity:water goes to water projects (building wells for drinking water and sanitation facilities) and these projects are run by the people from those countries.
